Update 1/23/12

i1000 v2.52 was just released from review and subscriptions are now recognized correctly. Please update as soon as possible for your subscriptions to work fully.

A lot of people have sent in little nuances about i1000 that are behaving incorrectly. There is another release in the works that should be submitted in the next day or so with fixes.

IFR Products in i1000

Well, we messed up. That’s the best way we can put it. There’s a bug in i1000 that is causing IFR subscriptions to not be able to access IFR products. We’ve already submitted a fix to Apple and it’s currently awaiting review. We will contact everyone that has sent in email as soon as it’s out.

In the meantime, please continue to contact us about migrating your account over and you should be able to start installing VFR products within i1000.

If you have Digital Sectional EFB still installed, please continue to use that. It should operate normally even though it’s not still in the store.

As soon as the fix comes out we will be adding two months to everyone’s subscription as a courtesy and apology. Please contact us for any reason at: support@digitalsectional.com.
