Introduction

We are very excited to announce that starting with version 1.6 (due out around the end of July), Digital Sectional will offer a limited number of geo-referenced plates. We have come up with our own style of presenting the plates and are in the process of encoding the entire country, but it takes time. Instead of waiting until all of the plates were done, we’re launching with a small sub-set and will be progressively adding more over the course of August. The goal is to have the entire set of plates available for the September cycle.

Additional Cost

This is the best part… there is NO additional cost to you to use these plates. Currently you can install the latest version of any state’s approach plates within Digital Sectional for a single credit (or part of a subscription if that’s the route you chose). This will still be the case going forward, however, any plate that we’ve encoded will be available as well for that same purchase. We are absolutely committed to providing the highest level of situational awareness at the lowest cost and this is one of the ways we’re proving it.
